Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Orvanta Labs, Inc.
The service
Orvanta analyzes code you submit and produces security findings and suggested fixes. Findings and fixes are automated assessments to assist your engineers — they are advisory, not a guarantee that your application is free of vulnerabilities.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to submit any code you scan. You are responsible for reviewing and testing every suggested fix before merging it. Do not use Orvanta to analyze systems you are not authorized to assess.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, exceed rate limits deliberately, or use outputs to attack systems you don't own. Dual-use security outputs are provided for defensive and authorized testing only.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvanta Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its outputs.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
